The Fundamentals of Energy, the basis for metaphysical lightwork

Are you new to metaphysical lightwork? Have you heard of Reiki or had a session and want to learn more. Maybe you have wanted to learn more about terms like Empath, Chakra, Source, sensitive, vibration, enlightened being, and energy healing.

Join us for an interactive workshop where we will explore:

• the metaphysical concepts of energy
• how energy affects us
• what energy imbalance looks like
• the tools available to bring our energy back into natural balance

We will discuss tools such as thoughts and intention, movement, music and chanting, divination tools, energy body work, and much more.

Inspired by the teachings of many lightworkers such as Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Denise Linn, Kyle Gray, Jonathan Goldman, and Mike Dooley.

There will be hands on activities, tools to play with, books to thumb through,and thought-provoking discussions.
